I was looking for a replacement for our kitchen clock which finally bit the dust after many years. It was easy to attach the hands and to hang. I used the gold hands so that they did not blend into the cross bars at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 hours.

It’s a beautiful clock but I was expecting a very big oversized clock to arrive because how large they have it advertised on Facebook and the paper insert they put inside the box with the clock. I’m going to keep it because it’s nice and will look good probably in my kitchen. However please advertise the exact size of this click this way us customers will not be fooled at the size when it arrives. Thanks

We painted the hands silver so they show up against our white walls, the black blended in with the black metal bars on the clock and we didn’t like the gold color hands. The silver hands really stand out. Yes, you have to be careful with handling the hands because they are flimsy but should never have to touch them again once the clock is hung up, use the winder to set the time. Love it. Keeps time and no ticking sound is wonderful.

All gold blends in to each other. This does come with black hands that you can switch out. It’s extremely light, and the hands are easily bendable. When we first started using this clock, the hands got stuck on each other and stopped turning. This was an easy fix. So far I like it a lot and think it’s beautiful for the price.

The box came in and I was guessing it was 40lbs. I picked up the box and was shocked how light it was. The dials are attractive with the rod iron and the overall look is much better than the smaller model without gold arms. AA batteries came included.

Very delicate looking (not too bulky). It fits well on the wall. Good quality.

I would have rated this clock higher except the hands are difficult to see, especially when they align with the four spokes. When this happens you can’t make out the time unless you really concentrate on looking for the hands, however in dim lighting, this is impossible. To fix this, I painted the spokes the same color (leaving the main clock and hub black) as the background wall and that improved the situation. The real solution is to make the hands wider to make then stand out more against any background. The hands do come in gold and black, but both had the same issue. Many of these clocks use the same basic timing mechanism and typically drift. I noticed a slight drift in this one, so although I rated its accuracy with three stars, I haven’t really had it that long to measure it’s rate of drift.
