Overall from close up, the product is not particularly fancy or high quality…but once we put it up against a deep teal blue accent wall in our family room, it really popped. It works fine, is a nice size for our larger room, and the grey looks great contrasted against the darker wall. I do agree that it is not necessarily worth the cost given the material it’s made out of but overall we are quite happy with it!

Im really pleased with this clock.
I was looking for a big (but not expensive) clock, and something that my kid 5 yo could read.
This is perfect.
It goes well on my gray wall in the livingroom, it gives that cool view. It doesnt look plastic-ish.
It is accurate and my son loves it since he is able to read the time. (The numbers are huge!)
I want to say that it is really lightweight, I actually thought I broke it when I put it on the wall but.. nop.
It is fragile since it is plastic but once you leave it alone, you should not have any issues.
I wish they can make same clock but bigger, that could be a good accent to a plain wall.

This clock is beautiful an just the right size I needed. It was so easy to hang an came with batteries. I do wish it was made out of wood it would’ve been a much more beautiful clock.

I sent this clock back immediately. The materials are cheap plastic and even the numbers look terrible on the clock. Not impressed and not worth the $40 I paid.

It is well made, it should go with most decor. The size is as stated. I just got it so not sure where I am going to to put it. I do not think it will be noisy.

Light weight and looks beautiful
Hour and minutes hands are very soft and you might need to adjust them by hand in order to make it working because of bend during shipping
There is an extra pair of hands so that a relief in case it breaks which is quite possible looking at its low quality
Manual talks about second hand too as it is common manual for all their wall clocks I guess but this one does not have second hand.
Overall good product if you want to have something eye catching wall clock in low budget

I’m very disappointed as I was able to hang the clock in my living room as I’m doing renos. It’s the first thing you see when walking into my entrace way. The clock does look very nice, albeit being a cheap material and is overpriced IMO. However, my biggest and most important issue for any clock, is that it doesn’t keep time!! I have to change the battery, if it starts to work at all, every other day. Sometimes when replacing the battery, it doesn’t work at all. I’m using brand new batteries every time. I’ve read that it comes with a second hand, but mine didn’t. I also thought I read that it comes with an extra pair of hands, but mine didn’t??? It’s inconvenient having to take the clock down from where it hangs and change the battery every other day. I have had compliments on it, but it when it doesn’t keep time, it’s kind of useless hanging on a main wall and first thing one sees when entering my home, an unworkable clock!! Due to my purchasing it while renos are going on, it stayed boxed for for a month or so before I could finally hang it, so therefore I doubt that I can even exchange it. I wouldn’t recommend this clock. It’s a plastic material and overpriced for the quality and especially overpriced when it doesn’t keep time. Cosmetically, it does look quite nice when it’s hung up. Update: Amazon advised me to contact the merchant FirTime& Co as I was told there was a 1 yr warranty on the clock. I did contact them and the telephone number was not in use so I emailed them to no avail. The Company didn’t respond. The clock has actually only been hanging up on the wall for a month. I’ve changed the battery 8 times. It still would lose time and run slow to not even running at all. For the price and I see the price has gone up, it’s not worth it IMO. Amazon did provide excellent customer service with this issue. However, I wouldn’t recommend this clock to anyone. I’m going to have to have a jeweler who also does clocks to see if he can fix the timing device and if not, it’s just going in the garbage.

This clock is just the size that I wanted for the space and we really like the look and visibility. However, since purchasing in Jan. 2022, we have had to change the battery 3x because it runs for a days, weeks or even months, then stops working? The first 2-3 months it worked great, but when it stopped working, we replaced what had been a new battery, with another new battery, and it worked for about 4-6 weeks, then stopped again? They are brand new Duracell batteries just purchased at Costco! We put another new battery in two days ago, and last night at 4:25pm, it stopped again. Very disappointed in the quality of the mechanism. Yes, it was a very reasonable plastic clock, but I haven’t even had it for 6 months yet? My next replacement I will pay more for a better quality one, hopefully! I just didn’t want to hang anything too heavy over the doorway where ours hangs. Otherwise, I really did like it!
