This clock was very easy to set up. I did not use the outside temperature control since I am in an apartment. Like the easy to read numbers.

Está bien bonito, el único pero que podría tener es que ocupa 4 pilas alcalinas el reloj y 2 el sensor exterior de temperatura pero vale la pena

I did get a replacement from Sharp, however, I had about a 4 hour trip to USA to pick up the replacement clock. I feel it would be very reasonable if you would refund me about half of the cost and the total was 98.02.

This clock was so easy to set up and it looks great. It took a couple of hours to sync with the national clock. The remote sensor pairs and works well with the clock but not with rechargeable lithium batteries but with alkaline batteries it is fine. I like it so much I’m thinking of ordering another for upstairs.

I’ve always been a fan of digital watches (Casio, Seiko etc.), so it was a natural choice to buy a digital wall clock. Having the date, and indoor / outdoor temperature is a bonus.

I followed the setup instructions to the letter, and annoyingly, the outdoor temperature displays for around 5 seconds, then disappears for around 10 seconds. This is why I’ve given the four stars.

    Other than that, very happy.

I’ve had it overnight, moved it around the room, took the batteries out and reset it several times, it does not work as advertised. It’s an ordinary clock you have to set. I’ll be returning it. I’m disappointed. I always wanted an atomic clock I loved the idea of a clock that sets to a quasar. Technologically we are far more advanced than the ordinary battery operated set-yourself clock. This is useless and pointless. I did give 3 stars because the indoor outdoor temp works and the display is nice and clear but I’m still returning it.

I could not recommend anyone buy this product as the price is not even close to the build quality of the product even without all the issues I am suffering from the unit I received.

This product was sold to me as an Atomic clock, unfortunately it is only an atomic clock if you live in the USA as you will see from photo 4 the Time Zones you set are only based on USE time zones and phot 1 shows you it will only set to WWVB radio broadcast by the US Government’s National Institute of Standards and Technology in Colorado.

The unit I received was a pre-used clock although I paid full price of a new clock (you can see this from the scratches seen in photo 4 and 5).

Also despite the set up notes on the box stating that the sensor takes 2xAAA batteries it actually takes 2xAA batteries (photos 2 and 3). There is also no way to hand the sensor outside unless you wrap the sensor in wire or string?

This is a well built wall / table clock. It comes with a temperature remote sensor to keep track of indoor and out door temperatures.

Good: Setup was indeed easy. The time numerals are large. Having both indoor and outdoor temps somewhat nice, and when I tested how close the temperature sensors agreed (the internal and external unit) they matched (I have had some remote temp units be off by up to 3 degrees). Units were tested by keeping remote right next to clock and comparing temp readings (they should be the same). Found unit easy to prop on table and to hang. Has so far managed to keep synced with time signal. Takes 3 cells to run, not sure how long they will last.

The not so good: LCD background a bit dark, making digits and text hard to see even in a well-lit area (poor contrast). Also the temp and date characters are a bit thin and not easy to make out unless I’m relatively close to the display. Rather heavy black frame can make it look imposing and may contribute to the “darkness” feeling of the display. I like black accents but would have liked to have had lighter frame color options.

Biggest gripe is the lack of a seconds display so in a manner of speaking the time readout can be almost a full minute off which makes it hard to set my other watches and clocks to this one. This may not be an issue to some, but there are situations where on the dot time is pretty much required (just ask my bus driver who is held to an exacting schedule, or one of my former jobs where we could be docked for being 1/100 of an hour off [made it easier for timekeepers to deal with than 1/60…] or in other words being 59 seconds off was NOT good enough for Government work).

Summary: Does the job pretty well despite limitations. The price was fair (but shop around), and was the best of the limited options I could find both on line and in stores. Being a known name brand I’m expecting it to hold up well. Would feel okay giving as a gift. I’d give it an overall grade of “B” at this time. Time will tell (pun intended).

Looks great and well built but the outside temp sensor is not very accurate.

I like the face on it. Not to big but yet you can see it. Set automatically and we love it. This is my third one.
