These are great and if you have a good span of wall they could make an ordinary room look like a gym with just a couple hours of work.
Seeing yourself while you’re working out it’s one of the big aspects of making yourself better, you can’t really tell if you’re doing the exercise right unless you could see yourself doing it and of course there’s nothing better than seeing results.
These mirrors are easy to install, they’re very large and if you install them at the right height you’ll see your full body wherever you are in the room. Mine did take about 4 weeks to arrive but I assume that’s just because it’s a very large item. Other than that I can’t complain
