This is a very attractive mobile. However, I believe I paid way too much for cardboard cutouts.

This mobile is wonderful! I work as an outpatient clinician in a behavioral health clinic and I mounted this mobile to the ceiling in my office for both myself and my clients to enjoy. Between the floor vent, the opening and closing of the door, and the movement of people inside the room, the flock always seems to be gently swaying. I have received several compliments on the mobile and personally find it so relaxing to watch. I think the birds are appropriate for an adult setting and the neutral colors and minimalist design of the wire and string all contribute to a sophisticated look. I couldn’t be more pleased with my Flensted Mobile. Pure perfection of artistry in motion.

Nous l’avons fixé grâce à un scotch au-dessus de la table à langer dans la salle de bain. Notre fils adore admirer ces petits oiseaux s’envoler au moindre petit souffle.
Longueur réglable en enroulant le fil auquel les oiseaux en papier sont suspendus.

I had received a holiday mobile from the same company and placed it in front of a window. My husband loved it so much he didn’t want me to put it away after the holiday. I purchased this one for his birthday. It looks beautiful against the window, flying birds! and has subtle, constant movement. Wonderful.

I have a suggestion though…on my old one the wires and string are longer
giving a more graceful arch to the Swans movement making it more
captivating and more enjoyable to watch. The new length moves as easily
but the beautiful grace of movement is lost in the shortened movement making
it less special and more “just another mobile” rather than the “dance of Swans”
that it was.

This is so subtle and beautiful. It adds just that extra something to our nursery.
It come flat in plastic envelope pre-asslembled. All I needed to do was put a hook in the ceiling where I wanted it and hang. It is very delicate, of heavy weight paper, and comes already balanced and ready. Some might be uncomfortable with the price for something made of “paper” but I considered it reasonable for this peice of moving art. It is a bit of a splurge item, but it brings me joy every time I see it.

I have purchased many Flensted Mobiles over the years. They are beautiful, well constructed and make delightful gifts. This one was no exception. I was disappointed however when the mobile arrived because several of the birds were bent. It was mailed in only a bubble wrap envelope but should have been packaged in a box. I’m not sure if any of the wires were bent because I gave it as a gift and did not hang it myself.

This is a really nice mobile. But it is made from card stock – so the price is a little expensive. What I didn’t like is that they should package in a hard case or something. It was in a plastic bag and with the shipping in a soft package, the card stock is bendable. Part of one of the birds wings was dented or folded. Luckily the person receiving the gift love it. Again two thumbs down, packaging to deliver and card stock bird for the price you have to pay. I wish it was soft balsa wood.
