My old chimes broke so I was in the market and so glad I stumbled upon these. The quality looks outstanding and like a far more expensive product. The sound is very relaxing. I picked the coffee or copper color (I forget lol) and it’s a beautiful warm brown. Item arrived quickly and with no imperfections. Love it!

Wind chime is well constructed and gives a pleasant tone in varying wind conditions. Wood is well finished though I would prefer a hardwood rather than the pine used for an item that is continuously exposed to the weather. The suggestion in the description that the tone and/or volume can be changed by adjusting the slider below the clapper is almost entirely misleading. No information on how this adjustment is supposed to work is included with the chime. I have tried all sorts of adjustments and cannot tell that they make any difference. Seems the info is provided as a marketing gimmick rather than a feature that actually works.

I was a little skeptical because of the low price and thought if I didn’t like them I could return them. I have a very expensive one that I love, it’s in scale D and I had been wanting another nice one to go with it but hadn’t found any that were more affordable. I opened the box and took it out and was very pleased. I usually like the deeper tones, like the D scale and this is a B scale. This set has the prettiest sound, not a tinny sound and is very nice looking and good quality. I bought the 37 inch coffee color to complement our brick on the house and it is very pretty. I will definitely buy more in the future.

Over my 74 years, I’ve had DOZENS of wind chimes, some good, some bad, some cheap, some expensive, some loud, some quiet, some melodious and peaceful, some that sounded like trash cans banging together! Well, let me tell you, these are the best I’ve ever HAD, SEEN, or HEARD. Superb quality! It looks like our Chinese friends have become AS QUALITY-CONSCIOUS as we Americans once were! Maybe more so: My hat is off to them, seriously!. Buy ’em, you will NOT be disappointed. Great quality and superb craftsmanship, excellent value, and beautiful sound with the slightest breeze. The PERFECT Wind Chimes!

I did some online searching for a nice wind chime to replace an old one that had seen better days. This one looked nice on Amazon. When it arrived (the next morning) I was impressed with its fit and finish. Nicer than I expected. Black anodized thick tubes, nicely finished wood sections, substantial strings tying it all together. The chiming sound is clear and gentle. And a very good price.

I live in a 150 apartment community of sorts where the front area as three or four large tables and a few benches, some portable chairs and a double swing. A graveled walkway goes underneath a large tree. OK it’s a retirement community. I got these chimes to put up into a large tree over a pathway where people like to put their chairs and hang out, have conversations, etc.
In this area you can’t guarantee that when you leave anything out at night, it won’t be vandalized or taken. I looked at another Wind Chimes that started at nearly $70 for this size and went up to $78 for the next size, and then $139 for the size I really liked. I got these on sale for $20, I heard then on an Amazon clip, and I thought, why not? It was a very good decision as these chimes are very nice and everyone loves them.
I used dark green colored P-chord (strong yet small parachute chord). I put a small weight on on end and after a few tries, and after trimming some small branches, got it maybe 15 feet up and over a limb of the tree and back down again. I tied a loop to hook the chimes too and I hoisted the chimes up into the canopy. I tied the chord low around the base of the tree, just as I had also done with a humming bird feeder I put up several months ago. It worked out great. I got the black chimes as I wanted them to be there, but not be there at the same time, if you take my meaning. They are not hidden, but they do not stand out. They are there to be heard more than to be seen. And they are heard beautifully as these chimes make a great sound.
I was worried that as there is an eleven story apartment building pretty close to the chimes, someone would get offended if they were too loud at night. But no, the sounds made by these chimes are juuuust right. They are soft but very clear to anyone in the immediate area. They carry well too. Beautiful strong clear tones. It isn’t just very high tones, but a nice variety of high and medium tones.
