   These are definitely really cool. They are easy to set up (although it may take a while to get them in place) and after stick to the wall well. Is able to fully light up my bedroom without much of a problem. Only complaint, the remote control provided sometimes has trouble working (I don’t think the range of the signals it sends is very far).

   However, overall I would have to say that this product is a very good deal for the money and the app is amazing. So many different “themes” to choose from-very fun!

   I have had the regular non-Alexa compatible LED light version from the same seller, and the app used for these lights is evidently much better quality and works super well.

   Best part-no Alexa needed! Although it would probably make it even more fun, it also works just fine with the phone app.

   Overall, I would rate a 4.8 stars out of five stars, only for the sake of the remote control not always working. For the price, though, it would be unfair to expect it to be perfect. (rating rounded up to 5 stars since Amazon doesn’t allow fifths of a star).

   Pretty neat for a kids room. These lights cannot extend with a second strip, so you can only run two strips in opposite directions and overlap them or have a gap. The adhesive struggled for our application around the ceiling but is holding in one room. We bought two sets, one fell down a couple of times and we added tape in the room corners. The second set wouldn’t stay for more than a couple of hours so we’re going to tape those too.

   The colors were vibrant (although the temperature seemed to change as it got further from the power source). I think our issues might be universal with these sort of lights. I will say that the seller worked with us and refunded our second set right away – despite having been used. A+ for customer service.

   Bought these thinking I could put them under cotton and have them do the lightning affect. Either I cannot figure out how to do it or it doesn’t work. Can’t seem to get them to do any patterns. As in not all be the same color at the same time or do the “wave” where they turn on one by one and then off one by one

   Does what it says it’ll do and the adhesive on it did make hanging up the lights easy. I was impressed the manual did mention about the 5ghz issue, and the workaround. Also it had enough length to streach arround the dorm using only one of the two strings it comes with.

   If your phone normally uses the 5ghz wireless it will fail to connect the string. Unless you put the phone on the 2.4ghz version before you try. So i set our router to use different names for the two versions. Then connected my phone to the 2.4ghz version and it connected the lights with out a problem then switched my phone back to the 5ghz version and everything still worked.

   Second update 10-20-2022: Daybetter just sent a second set of lights and these seem to work as they should. Easy to setup Wi-Fi and light scenes now work. The scheduler works like a charm and is nice to automate. Daybetter seems to stand by its products and they seemed concerned that I was a happy camper and had resolved in 3 Days. Thanks Daybetter!

   Update 10-17-2022: DayBetter just got with me and are sending out a new set. I will update my experience with the new set after I get setup again. I was really impressed that DayBetter contacted so quickly, maybe I should have just emailed the seller but Amazon said item could not be returned.

   I was really excited to get these and try out. We just purchased a new home and now have a man cave to decorate. Setup was easy and the adhesion was good. The bad thing about these lights is that they have no way to add another roll easy without splicing with a kit sold separately, and they should have a 4 prong female plug on each side with a 2 sided male to connect and should come with a 6 foot white extension cord so dont have to run lit lights up corner of wall.

   It took one roll to go half way around room, then I purchased a link kit and the other roll lit up ok. For a couple days!

   After a week the red started looking like pink a foot from where power connected then they started turning different colors even though I selected red. When selecting blue I got green, Blue and yellow which was strange. Another week went by and now they dont work at all. maybe the set was a bad one, I dont know but sucks to only have working for 2 weeks for 30 bucks and 10 bucks for link kit. I was expecting more as they looked better than most light sets.

   Live and learn while companies get rich off of defective toys…!

   For the price… this amazing led strip light have amazing colorations, very bright or if you need to lower it down in special occasions, this lightare for you😏. The lights make your room look soo soo much better. its worth it for anybody look for led strip lighting and if you are a gamer even better.

   When I bought these lights the descriptions and details did not specify that the lights needed to be attached to a device or switch to work. I bought these because the description said they could be cut. So, I cut the first strip that I needed then I was left with a large roll of lights that now don’t work. I didn’t know how the lights worked and the instructions in the box did not make it clear that once you cut the lights, the remaining lights are essentially useless (maybe you can splice it together with another switch if you know how to do all of that, but I don’t so this was a wasted purchase!).

   **UPDATE** the seller offered me a full refund and assistance on how to use the strip of lights cut. You do have to buy four pin connectors and the adapter box/cords for cutting to work. They were truly great to work with. They still work, but make sure you cut on the three gold lines!
