   I had a defective strip of lights and when I reached out to the company I was pleasantly surprised by their response. Not only were they quick to resolve the issue but they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the product. This company deserves 5 stars!! I’m also very pleased with the look of the LED lights in my garage. Completely changes the atmosphere and I will be purchasing more in the future.

   So back in late 2020 my daughter had her own money and wanted to buy LED’s for her room. She looked for a brand she thought she would like and found these for so cheap! I was skeptical at first but she put them up and they looked great! We ended up buying a house and she was concerned she wouldn’t be able to take her LED’s with her. We ended up taking them down and moving them with us to our new house and they went up even smoother than the first time! About 2 years ago she bought some for her older brother because she loves this brand and they both still have them up in their rooms. We also just bought some for our 8 year old and he’s so excited to get them!

   A few weeks ago we bought some for my kids bathroom and they are working great! I wouldn’t know if they are waterproof, but they are 100% steam proof. The adhesive is still sticking to the walls great and all the colors are working and they make the bathroom so much more fun for the kids!

   The remotes have so so many options on them. I think the only problem (From having them so long) is the fact that about 4 of the lights have changed a different color and this is only in my daughters room. I also noticed if you bend them at a certain spot it will change the color that the light closest to it will turn.

   Overall this brand is amazing and hasn’t failed us once over the years we have been using them. I suggest these to anyone who asks about getting their kid LED’s! They work so well, the remotes have so many options, they work in bathrooms just as well as they work in bedrooms, the adhesive sticks so well we could transfer them from a different house, we have purchased 4 times, these are extremely cheap for a product that works so well, and the brightness has not faded at all over the years!

   Don’t waste your money. Set up all 100 feet only to find out the remote doesn’t work. Changed battery and still didn’t work. Asked for a new remote but was offered a refund. Now we have to tear everything down using a ladder again and it’s just put us off from the entire experience. We would have been much happier with a new remote.

    I have purchased five of the light sets in the past year: three were perfect out of the box, two were not. However, the company that sells these offers what may be the fastest and best customer service when there is a problem. The most recent set did not work when hooked up. In the box is a business size card that requests an email if there is a problem with the assurance that they will reply within 24 hours, and they do! Answer a few questions and the company will send a replacement light set quickly. I had mine in about 4 days and the new set worked perfectly. I should add that when installed mine have worked as they should which is about 18 hours a day for the past year.

    I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The pricing is very low and even though the initial success rate is 60%, the outstanding customer service and fast replacement of faulty lights makes buying from them again an easy decision for me.

    Also, the lights have a lot of versatility: different colors and brightness, nice remote control (you can use a phone app if you like, I don’t), responsive to music if that’s your thing. Once you get past the possibility of having to get a replacement if your first set is faulty, these lights are really good value.

    I recently purchased the Nexillumi 100 ft LED Lights for Bedroom with Remote Color Changing LED Strip Lights from Amazon—my deep disappointment with the product’s quality and the overall experience.

    Firstly, the design of these LED lights could be better. The adhesive backing on the strip needs to be stronger and more effective, causing the lights to fall off surfaces even when applied with great care frequently. This lack of proper adhesion creates frustration during installation and poses a safety hazard, as the lights could potentially fall and cause damage.

    Furthermore, the lights are advertised as color-changing with a remote control feature. However, upon receiving the product and attempting to use the remote, it became evident that the lights were non-functioning. Despite following the instructions meticulously, the lights failed to respond to the remote control’s commands, rendering them useless in providing the desired ambiance or lighting effect in my bedroom.

    The quality of the LED lights is subpar, as well. After a mere few days of use, certain strip sections began to malfunction, flickering or completely ceasing to illuminate. This inconsistency in performance further contributes to the disappointment and frustration caused by this purchase.

    As a loyal Amazon customer, I have always relied on the platform’s sellers to provide quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Unfortunately, this purchase has failed to meet those expectations in every aspect.

    I am requesting either a replacement for the defective LED lights or a full refund for my purchase. However, considering the poor design, malfunctioning lights, and overall dissatisfaction, I have explored alternative products from different sellers.

    I sincerely hope future buyers know about my issues with this particular seller and product. Sellers need to prioritize product quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction to maintain a positive reputation on the platform.

    In conclusion, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid the Nexillumi LED Lights due to their poor design, non-functioning remote control, and overall subpar quality. This has been an unfortunate and frustrating experience, and I hope steps are taken to address these shortcomings.
