These were fairly easy to install, the only issue was that the screws that came already in the mounting plate to attach to the sconce were too long. However, I just switched them out with the shorter screws which were meant to screw the mounting plate to the wall. I love how they look! I would definitely recommend.

The connection plate is a T shape and can be rotated, BUT you can’t do it after you put screws in.

The description pics are misleading, making them look bigger than they are.
It shows a large hand easily fitting in the glass fixture, but it’s actually tight fit to get the clamp ring and bulb in. That’s why I took off a star.
the holes on the mounting plate are slanted so it goes on the wall crooked. But, as I said, you can rotate the arm that the fixture connects to.
The two screws that go through the actual fixture are odd. you have to sort of anchor them against the wall, or the whole thing will be loose and turn/tilt too easily. Those are the ones with the black screw on caps.

Husband said they weren’t hard to install but screws were too long and would have stuck out and been able to see the threading so he used smaller screws. Otherwise they look great and we love having the frosted glass layer as I would hate looking right at the light bulbs. Yes, they finger print up easily but just wipe down good before putting them in place and you are good to go.

Sconces are lovely and can aim up or down. Mine are down.
It’s also nice that you can determine the amt. of light desired simply with bulb wattage. Very clean and modern look!
