I love this clock and I’m so happy with my purchase. I bought it for a Christmas gift after looking at several and reading lots of reviews. I chose this one because it was made in Germany and real wood. I was so happy to see that it was exactly as advertised. Its very detailed and great quality. I really enjoy the different song for each hour. The cuckoo has a nice tone, not too high pitched and the light sensor works perfectly. It is worth every penny!

Pros: Nice clock. Happy with prompt shipment. Clock was delivered to Singapore in just 10 days. It was well packed so it came in one piece and all working as expected. Its easy to setup. The instruction provided is good enough. Very detailed and intricate wood works. Cuckoo Call and music is a pleasure to listen to. My daughter loves it so much.
Cons: To my dismay, the Clock is smaller than I visualized. The dial too small to be seen from 10m distance. Cuckoo bird is a tiny nano sized bird. Not sure if its same in all cuckoo clocks. Unless you are close to it we would never realize it. The listing should have indicated the dial size. For a quartz movement and so small clock, I fail to understand the high price tag. May be due to the good wood carvings and design. I really hope the quartz and animation quality is good to last long enough to be worth the price.
Except for the small size and high price i would have given 5 stars.

I have made contact with this business. I was told they were to take care of the moment isn’t working anymore. They emailed me many many times about the problem.I have many emails from the company.
That ended up to tell me to send it to another person. They said the company works with them. But now I have a moment that doest not work. I was told to get another brand of batteries, as that didn’t work.
Be carful when dealing with them.

This clock is so beautifully made and the cuckoo and music are wonderful. I love this clock! It has a light sensor on the left side so make sure you put it where it gets light longer so you can enjoy the top of each hour.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my wife, who has always wanted one. Just a heads’ up, this clock is driven by a quartz clockwork. If you want a mechanical clockwork, be prepared to pay double the price…. and it’s likely to keep LESS accurate time.
It arrived in perfect condition. It is BEAUTIFUL and well-made. Setup was easy as can be, and everything works well. The cuckoo himself, as well as the woodcutter and the water wheel, are animated to perfection. The cuckoo’s tone has a slight echo to it, as if he were calling from the deep woods! The light sensor with automatic shutoff when the lights are out is a nice feature. I can definitely recommend this authentic German cuckoo clock. My wife loves it!
