   This clock is so cute and pretty. It uses only one AA Alkaline battery. When the clock start to work, the boy and the girl seat on the seesaw moving up and down as well as the girl seats on the swing at the bottom of the clock moving left to right. This small house doesn’t have the back; it’s only have one piece of decorated wood in the front. It doesn’t built the whole box of the house. In the back of this clock only have small plastic case where you can install the battery. This clock neither play the music nor cuckoo sound. Other than these, this clock work good, it’s cute, and I can use it to decorate my small office space.

   In a nut shell, the add and photos are unclear. It say’s the model I got was an “Alarm” clock. In English that means the clock will make a sound…this clock makes NO sound what so ever.
   The reason I didn’t return it was simple; we live in an Apartment, I didn’t what a loud new sound present that we all had to get use to…. The clock movement is sweet and a pleasure to look at. Read the fine print before buying and you will be happy. If they had posted back and side photos you would see the LACK of volume controls.
