We made Valentine hearts with my 3 yr old granddaughter and four year old grandson. We tore up tiny pieces of tissue paper and rolled them into balls. I glued them shut with Elmer’s glue and tied a ribbon at the top. They look beautiful!! The kiddos were so proud of themselves!!
