Although the wind chime was well packaged for shipping, it arrived with one of the tubes and the “clanger” detached. It was easy enough to reattach the tube, but I had to reached out to Astarin for help with reattaching the center piece. It took multiple communications back and forth, but, they were persistent and patient and it got done!. The chime itself appears to be well made and a good value, as compared to other chimes as large, heavy and deep toned as this one. I am very happy with it.

Sounds great. Has a but of a deeper tone. Relaxing when sitting in the hot tub listening to the chimes and birds chirping. Highly recommended I bought 3. Great for gifts as well.
