Gave it a 1 star because it is very nice. It came with all birds broken off, branches from the nest broken off, and the string for the hook was tied. Good thing I am patient and crafty.
Update Sellar contacted me after reading my first review. And was more than helpful in sending me a new and intact chime, without the hassle of sending the broken one back. Don’t get that kind of service much anymore, It was truly appreciated. It is quite a lovely piece.

Adorable! Just heavy enough to not blow off (we have very nasty winds). The tinkling of the bells is very nice. I just hope they hold up for a long time!

The birds are very cute and the chimes are a soft pleasant sound. It looks more costly than it is. The only downside for me is that it must be hung considerably lower than I would normally hang a wind chime or the baby birds in the nest are not visible.
