Updated: Vendor sent another chime to correct the below issue. Response and delivery of new chime was quick.
The chime box appeared to be damaged prior to shipping. The top circular frame was bent and twisted. Guessing it was either stepped on or something heaving was dropped on it. The material the chime is made of is somewhat pliable and I may be able to bend/straighten the frame. Chime itself sounds nice.

I bought these for my mother for Mother’s Day. They came broken but Amazon quickly refunded me after I sent them back. I ordered another and it was delivered yesterday. She absolutely loves them. They are nice and big and make such a beautiful melody as the wind blows. Would highly recommend!!

These are lovely, but they don’t chime as much as my last set did. The last set I had would chime in the lightest wind, but these barely chime in the heaviest wind. I may move them to see if they do better in another spot..

This wind chime is very good quality, nice and big with beautiful tone. I had it hung out all summer in all weather and it still looks great. The black paint is fully intact. The wooden clacker thingy is a little nicked in places but that’s no biggie. I love this wind chime.

I chose black because it’s richer looking than the gold. I bought 4. It’s very well wrapped. The sound is deep and rich in my opinion.
