I wondered if I’d find these on the floor after I installed them and left for the night, but they stayed up! I hung these around my office door (I work in a school) and, historically, not much stays up. On that front, I think the adhesive is weak enough (and/or the small surface area) that it will be able to be removed without harming the wall. The lights get bright, but also can be dimmed down fairly low. Overall, these are a great purchase.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you don’t already have a power cord and adapter that meets this product’s power requirements. Simple as that – it’s just the LED light strip, no power supply or adapter.
This is not a plug and play solution – you need to have your own adapter that fits this cord. Do you know what the cord adapter is? Do you already have one? Do you know the correct amperage required for your power supply? If the answer to any of these questions is no, this product is not for you.

This is a great product. I installed one roll of this in my gun safe and another roll in a 19″ equipment rack that I use for our homes network and entertainment system. Both cabinets had been frustratingly dark for years.
I’d used the SMD strips before and while they were a good product too, in my opinion the COB blows them away. They are more flexible, making them easier to work with and install, and if it’s where it can be seen it looks better. I’d always bought housings for the SMD’s, to both even out the light and so they looked better if seen, but I didn’t feel the need with these. The light seems more uniform with these. The IDC connectors that they show to use with the product are easy to use and very reliable.
Why 4 stars instead of 5? I reel came with a connector on one en and wires attached on the other as stated in the information. The other one didn’t. It looked like an open package was sent as new. That really wasn’t an issue for me, but I don’t like it when the product isn’t exactly as described.
I will however buy this again. All of our kitchen cabinets are about to be lit inside.

Used these to light the inside of a 3d printer. I have them on 24/7 and so for have worked and held up well.
Logical Fragmentation –
Comes with the bare minimum for DYI types. The lights also flow smoothly and don’t give that dotted look that most do.
This is definitely not for beginners, since there are no adapters, no connectors, nothing but the lights. This is perfect for when you’re doing a custom job since you’re not paying for things you don’t use.
Great quality too. Very bright and uniform lighting.

These look very nice, good color, they dim nicely, and are a smooth consistent light, no dots. They really are too bright in my opinion and you will probably want a dimmer. The adhere very well, but at times I needed to use the 3m foam stuff which really sticks. I applied these outdoor to the bottom side of tile lips on stairs and they have held well for a month now.
