    My use case for these lights may be unusual. I am a videographer and photographer for my company and in the interest of ensuring accurate colors with my edits, I’ve enclosed my cube with blackout curtains to isolate me from the artificial fluorescent lighting in the office and have used this light strip (32ft) as my overhead lighting. My specific interest with these lights are the COB continuous nature of the lighting, as well as the fact it has 5500K which is close to 5600k daylight.

    I have a Sekonic color meter and tested all the different color temperature modes and found them all to be shockingly close to essentially be accurate. While 3200 was slightly off, it was close enough. And the rest were basically bang on, with 5500 reading closer to 5600 which works perfect for my use case.

    What an amazing light strip. Not much money and meets my needs for color accuracy.

    These also are very BRIGHT. At 100% power my cubicle looks like it’s brightly lit with perfect color fidelity.

    I love the many color variations, I use this in a living room that never got enough light even in the daytime or at night, I built a wood strip to install these lights into so they will bounce off the ceiling and light the room up, works grrrrrrreat! Even though my woodworking skillz are a bit cheezy. That’s only a 3 inch gap from edge of the wood strip to ceiling, probably would be even brighter in room with increased gap. The pic is set at brightest yellow during the day.

    I really liked these lights when I first bought them and they worked great. You can adjust brightness and change color on the app as well as turn them off/on.

    They only lasted for a year and just stopped working. I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement because it is unacceptable for them to only last for such a short time!

    I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new package!

    The media could not be loaded.

    I put this in my home made sign for my son and it is definitely bright considering the inside of the sign isn’t reflective. I’ve used several led light strips and it is far brighter than standard ones. The app and remote are just like other led strip lights. Definitely recommend it if you want bright with cool effects.

    I liked this led lights because of the ability to change the color temperature for various lighting conditions. I do water color painting and I set the color temperature to try ant match household lights. I usually use the 3000K or 4000k as this is a mid point between 2700k and 5000k. Because the light emitted from various bulbs will change the way a painting or photograph looks to a customer.

    Got my kit in and followed directions to split and re connect the strips. Once I did I got patches of lighting, and I even tried re doing the connections to make sure it wasn’t my fault. I used the app to select color and it would not work, then the remote that came with it quit working all together. I was not pleased with the quality of this at all.
