   Bought this product to light up my wi Dow for Halloween. Lights were nice and bright but I had to replace the batteries every night as they were drained and dead. On the third night it fell apart.

   I recently purchased the Dazzle Bright Color Changing Fairy Lights, and I must say, they have completely transformed the way I present my wood art.    Good but not for long periods of time got this thinking it last atleast three hours lasts an hour charges slow good for the price guess you get what you pay for if your not using it to fan your “plants” get it – July 3, 2024

   Another review, that I should have read before buying this, commented that the white is not pure white. No, it definitely is not. It’s a bluish white. I tested with fresh batteries and a fully charged power bank in case it was the power source, but no, it’s the product.
   I wanted fairy lights that are pure bright white (with the option for color), and these are definitely not it.
   Also, as another reviewer commented, the light effects use all the colors and do not work when selecting a single color. The strobe effect only seems to use the “white” color and cannot be changed.
   I do like the option to plug it in to a USB power source so that I can use a power bank to run it for longer than AA batteries.
   Bought 3 packages (6 lights), returning at least 1 package, maybe 2, because I mostly wanted white light and the option of having color changing was a bonus.

   I ordered these after my friend did for putting zig zag on hall ceilings to hang small Christmas ornament bulbs for the holidays. The problem is when you run them on the battery pack they don’t last very long so if you can plug them into an outlet that works best! Otherwise you will go through 3 batteries quite often, unless your ok having very dull lights for a long time, the colors also will change as the batteries die, for example orange will become more of a yellow, etc. My favorite spot has been in my kitchen along my sink and counter. I’m able to plug them in on one end. My favorite feature is the timer! I have them set to turn on as it starts to get dark out and then off once we go to bed. I don’t like having to turn overhead lights on at night so this light up the kitchen just enough, I keep them at this light blue since it give off the most light but it’s fun to be able to change through many colors to fit holidays and moods.

   Dislike is the making of the battery box an essential part of such a wonderful lights lit up beautifully! Was impossible to open the empty battery box & not pleased with the risk of harming myself when excited to try the string of blue lights; only to spend major difficulties with importance should be given in making of waterproof string of lights is the crucial part of a good battery box is almost a complete Zero rating because the open part of the case had to be broken off just to get it to pop off. So the videos of demonstration did ZERO on how to open this particular item not shown how; only videos showing for remote control boxes. This one has to remote control just cheesy poorly made battery box… otherwise love it! will not buy again until this is fixed so may last instead break easy & harmful to me & any other child when using would come crying to me for help… so help fix the battery box so may use appropriately… excellent price for last minute XMAS shopping. Discouraging for good products to always have one fault failing part component of the product is incomplete for quality… so no buying
