The clock is adorable and just what I wanted. Unfortunately, the hands swing loosely and no matter how hard I tried to set the time (with a battery in place and without), the time was off or was nonsensical. I quickly got a replacement, and the hour hand on that clock was so loose it hung pointing down to the 6 with gravity and it could not be set! Because of the glass face, there’s no adjusting the hands. Instead of returning it for a refund, we chose to pry open the clock by force to attempt a fix. So now we have a clock that works but is a little roughed up. I don’t recommend.

The price for the design is excellent. Really nice looking. Looking at it dead-on, it is very clear. Across the room about 20 feet at an angle, the numbers are a little hard to read (numbers are on raised, clear plastic surface from hands base). The other problem was removing the clock from the cardboard packing; a jeweler’s Phillips-head screwdriver and strong hands are needed to unscrew the clock from the thick cardboard (which I could not do). I ended up cutting into the cardboard and pulling and pushing until I got it all out. That left the raised screws and the gaskets holding down the cardboard, so the clock is not as close to the wall as it should be. Still, it is a spectacular design. Takes one AA battery and a nail into a wall stud to hang.

Yes, it’s small, but small is perfect for a bathroom. And it’s plastic, but looks like metal. I prefer plastic in the bathroom due to all the moisture. The “oil rubbed bronze” matches the fixtures and hardware in my rustic farmhouse motif. Keeps perfect time, too.

I left the first one in my old house when I moved, along with another. It’s a pretty piece, easy to set, and works great in the kitchen because it is easy to read and has a second hand on it when you need to time certain things. One bonus I noticed is that it keeps time accurately even when the battery gets low. When the battery dies, it just stops working.

I’m thrilled with this clock because it was made in the U.S. and it’s really nice looking, sturdy, easy to read, and unique. Looks perfect in my office. I needed a compact one, but wanted one with large clear numbers to see the time at a glance. Excellent choice! Highly recommend this clock!!

Es un reloj hermoso con un acabado que da un toque súper a cualquier habitación, es de plástico pero está muy bien trabajado y da la impresión de ser de hierro (aunque está muy lejos de serlo) el único pero que le pongo es el tamaño, sería excelente que se tuviera la opción de poder comprarlo en un tamaño más grande por que en verdad es muy pequeño pero aún así me encanto!
