- In 1970 Ole Flensted designed his first mobile, which is now available in wood. The mobile preserves it’s beautiful graphic expression. Bars of light and heavy elements in dynamic tension suggest six planets with their moons – or perhaps different levels of the light and the heavy sides of the personality? Also available in black.
- For adults or children, this high end mobile is handmade in Denmark. It is perfectly balanced so that all elements are in constant motion. - Flensted Mobiles are a traditional handicraft in Denmark. The first modern designer mobile was made there in 1954. Today Flensted Mobiles is based on the Danish island of Funen, the birthplace of Hans Christian Anderson, where it creates its very own design fairy tales from the old village school in Brenderup. This is really an excellent, good quality and modern product. The shipping was faster than I expected. The package was very well wrapped. I bought this for our nursery and it looks absulutely stunning. When we are in the room or when the window is half open, a little breeze would make it move. I was looking for something that lasts long, beyond a nursery ornoment and something that is not just a baby toy but brain motivating. And found this is the right product. I love these Flensted Mobiles they look great and their movement is relaxing. I have this exact one, Futura, in black in my front room and this natural tan is for the bedroom. Have one called Wings and its appearance and movement is awesome also. Packaged in their own box very nicely, have given them as gifts also, everyone likes them. Highly recommend.

I liked the 2 my baby boy has so much I bought one for myself for the sitting room. It’s great, have positioned it out of the way from the cat, near a window and near the stove so hopefully in the winter it will move. Flensted quality is second to none.
