   Q:IS IT BRIGHT ENOUGH?
   A:On max bright, Males will think it is, females will not. In other words, my girlfriend needs additional light to do her artistry.
   CAN YOU CONTROL OR TURN ON/OFF BACKLIGHT AND FRONT EMBEDDED LIGHT INDEPENDENTLY?
   A: No. I believe it is one light that is designed to Backlight and shine through front of mirror simultaneously. So the color mode and brightness will be the same, front and back.
   Q:BLUETOOTH SPEAKER QUALITY?
   A:Not good. It is louder than my phone speaker and I can hear it while taking a shower. Other than that….ehhh:/
   Q: IS INSTALLATION EASY?
   A: Yes, very. The power cord comes ready for a direct wire connection. They include the plug and even wire nuts if you are going to do a “plug into a recepticle outlet” install. That method may be more challenging to get the Mirror flush with the wall, because if the plug is behind the mirror, the plug may bump against the back of the mirror. It comes with super awesome template and hardware to install. The way it’s designed, you don’t need to be super precise. Unboxing it took more time than making the electrical connection and hanging it:)))
   Q:HOW DOES THE ANTI FOG WORK?
   A: If you have a car with a rear window Defogger, it’s similar. I thought it was a special kind of glass or anti-fog treatment, but actually it it done electrically by applying heat. It does not defog the whole mirror, just a square section in the middle and the control section of the mirror. Plenty of area, in my opinion.
   IMPORTANT: My install is connected directly with the the wall switch at the bathroom entrance. When I enter and turn that switch on, it sends electricity to the mirror. THE MIRROR LIGHTS DONT TURN ON until I give it the “on” hand gesture. Because of this and Since I love the way it looks I just leave the light on all the time. This started me thinking that the electrical Defogger would be using electricity all the time, but i have noticed some sort of timer that shuts off the Defogger element although the light remains on.
   Q:IS IT HARD TO OPERATE?
   A: Once the power is sent to the mirror you know because the Bluetooth lights up white. Pairing the Bluetooth was super easy, I just suggest you store the 4 digit code in order to connect more devices in the future. When you touch the Bluetooth icon, the light turns to blue signifying Bluetooth is on. All volume is controlled from the sending device. As for as controling the lights, you simply wave your hand over a sensor under the Bluetooth icon. up/down is on/off. Left/right scrolls through the 3 color choices. Brightness, however takes some time to master. You move your hand towards the sensor to dim the light, away from the sensor to brighten. It’s tricky, but works.

   OVERALL:
   I’m happy with it. I suppose the best application is when it’s only used by people living there. Guests will struggle with it. I would have paid 10-15% more for broader and more intuitive controls, but oh well.

   First and foremost, this is really a wonderful product and I had no issues installing it. It came within a few days of ordering on Amazon. It was well packed and no scratches or cracks in the product. There are two buttons on the mirror – first: turn the lights on/off and second: anti-fog. There are three lights options which is very useful when putting on make up and accessories. I moved the product from the bathroom to the bedroom and back into the bathroom and there were no issues in unmounting and re-installing. I will be buying more of these for the other rooms. I would recommend this product to anyone and would encourage to put it in every bathroom and bedroom!

   Easy to install, comes with a cardboard template for mounting, Bluetooth speakers are decent. Puts out a lot of useable light.

   Been wanting this mirror for a while, really glad I got it. It’s stunning, the highlight of my bathroom remodel. Got so many compliments from friends and family.

   I ordered this mirror last year for my sister’s bathroom. I loved it so much, that I ordered another one for my newly remodeled bathroom. I love the lighting and there quality, the music, plus it’s so easy to install.

   I however was unhappy with this second order because I received the wrong size. I ordered a 32″x 40″ and received instead a 32″ x 24″.
   Unfortunately, I just missed the return window. Now this mirror looks too small for my bathroom.

   I just wish I received a refund for the price differential, because I paid for a bigger size.

   My product came and was not at all what was pictured or described!! It does not have different settings. Does not have Bluetooth. No different lights or ANYTHING that is displayed. It has one light setting with an on and off button and a difogger. That is all. I was Sooo disappointed. Do not buy this item. So much money to get something that should be worth a quarter of what was paid.

   Ordered these mirrors for my wife and I. Wanted the Bluetooth because she likes to listen to her podcasts while getting ready.
   I highly recommend using an electrician. Not everyone will have the issues we had, but it sure made it easier. Don’t hook these mirrors to a line controlled by a dimmer switch. Although the instructions never mention it…well they don’t play well with a dimmer. Had to snake the lines to an outlet.
   The Bluetooth worked great. Just understand you are not going to get concert hall volume. I had no issues hearing the music inside our large shower 10’ away from the mirror.
   It took about 5 minutes to learn how to use the hand motions to operate the LED lights.
