Arrived in a nice box but when when I opened it both the heads were broken off and inside the battery compartment. Numerous typos on the “thank you” card for “phurchase”

The item arrived quickly but it doesn’t work. I put new batteries in it and it won’t light up or swing. The base is scratched where someone tried to swing it before and the feet hit as the skeletons on the swing sit too low. I was very disappointed. I’ve put in for a replacement as I still like the look of the item.
Update: I asked to exchange it and the new one came within a day! It works great and I absolutely love it. The lights really make the pieces show up at night, and the couple swings until you turn it off. I’m so glad I asked for the exchange.
