I use this in my bedroom, which has vaulted ceilings and has wild temperature fluctuations from the rest of the house because of the lack of an attic in that room. I don’t use the outside temperature gauge outdoors, I keep it on top of my thermostat downstairs. I am able to tell how hot or cold, depending on the season, it actually is and I can adjust my vents to equalize the comfort. It really works well for my purposes.

While every other feature of this clock is great, the auto time setting feature (atomic clock function) does not work in Australia. Adaption to access WIFI functionality for worldwide time settings would be great.

We had a La Crosse similar to this for years but then the LCD display started dying, and the temperature could no longer be read properly. They no longer make that version but this one came close in looks and features we needed (inside/outside temperature and date). As a bonus it’s nice that it shows the direction of atmospheric pressure change (as well as temperature change) via the small arrows in the middle at the bottom panel. Easy connection to outdoor temperature sensor and atomic clock. Works great!

Everything is as described and best of all, very easy to install and set up. Connects rapidly to WWVB radio broadcast to maintain time accuracy. Temp readout seems to be accurate to other thermometers in the area.
The display is quite easy to read from a distance of 15 feet plus.

I was looking specifically for a wall clock that had all of the features included with the La Crosse Technology Atomic Digital Wall Clock (Time, Date, Day of the week, inside & outside Temperature) and there were many different brands to choose from, but this was a gift for my mother, and she really liked and chose this clock because of the design and the color layout, which is gray with a black outer trim, and very classy looking. It came just as described, and the set-up was relatively easy, and placing the outside communication device for the thermometer was easy as well. The only demerit is that the temperature reading for the outside as reflected on the digital clock face is usually off by about 3 degrees, but this may just be due to the placement of the communication device in a location on the porch that is sheltered and therefore gives an inaccurate reading. Overall, I am very pleased with this La Crosse Digital Atomic wall clock.
