The clock looks cheap compared to the picture on Amazon. There was already a nail in the wall from where my old clock was hanging so I put the new one on the same nail. Once on the nail I gave it a light push to be sure it was flush against the wall and the nail came right through the paper that has the numbers on it. I had to take out all the tiny screws to take the front off, and used tweezers to try to pull the paper into place. No such luck! The number 12 on the clock is ruined. The more I look at the clock the less I like it. I won’t try to return it since it’s broke but I will replace it. What a waste!

During one of our summer storms, lightening struck near our home and knocked a few things off our walls. Yes it was that bad! Thus our wall clock in the family room dropped and shattered. This replacement is light weight. Silent and keeps excellent time. Hopefully it was last for years as our other one did prior to thsi event.
