   After my last bathroom clock died with white crud lining the battery compartment, I decided it was time to spend a bit more for something waterproof. This one is easy to set and hang, large enough to read from across the room, and, hopefully, will be able to handle the humidity produced by a frequently used bathtub. I opted for the blue ocean color instead of the white because it looked really pretty online. On my light green wall, it appears much darker, more of a navy blue than the “ocean” color I was expecting. Still, it has a nice clear face, is slender enough not to bump into the door, and has a large slot in the back to acommodate a nail as well as an unobtrusive attached stand if I ever want to use it on a table instead. Time will tell (no pun intended!) but so far so good.

   My long-used Salton Wet Times bathroom clock finally stopped working last week, and this clock is a perfect replacement! It’s the same diameter as my old clock, same colors (except this clock has a red second hand), works really well, is totally silent and waterproof. Only thing I’m getting used to is that the numerals are much darker than my previous clock, but not a deal-breaker. Also, the very nice stand you can use to place the clock on a shelf or a surface is partially visible when hung on the wall, but again, not a deal-breaker. This is a well-made clock and perfect for moist areas like the bathroom or kitchen. I love that it’s the exact same diameter (6.5 inches) as my former bathroom clock. Highly recommend!!

   For months I have been looking for a nice, small, water resistant, easy-to-read, silent, old-school clock to hang above my kitchen sink. As it was while working at the sink, in order to see the existing kitchen clock on a different wall, I would have to back up and turn my head 45 degrees. With arthritis, that was painful. I tried moving the existing clock but that left everyone else doing the chicken, looking for the old clock, lol.

   So I found this clock on Amazon and I am so glad! The blueberry color makes me smile every time I see it and for me, it is perfect in every way. It is very affordable and will not eventually turn yellow-ish like a white plastic one would.

   Sorry there are shadows in the photo caused by a pendant lamp to one side of the clock. Even without the best lighting, it is easy to read, even for me! It does have a twist-off cover on the battery compartment to keep moisture out, and the choice of standing it on flat surface instead of hanging. I am so glad I found this and grateful to Amazon and the seller for offering it!

   This clock is perfect for the bathroom since the battery and working mechanisms are sealed up to prevent moisture from getting in. It is silent as it works and keeps perfect time.
