   So, I recently got this 6-foot tall scary clown decoration for Halloween, and I have to say, it’s something else! First off, the height really makes an impact. As soon as you walk up to it, you’re faced with this looming figure that’s just creepy. The clown’s hands are posed in a way that’s almost welcoming—but in a “come closer so I can grab you” kind of way, which totally adds to the spooky vibe.

   The face is what really sells it, though. The details are spot on, with a sinister smile and red LED eyes that light up eerily in the dark. It’s one of those things where you might catch someone doing a double-take or even jumping back when they see it at night.

   The arms, hands, and head have this almost loving but menacing feel to them, like the clown’s about to give you a big hug, but not in a good way. It’s a perfect mix of creepy and captivating, making it a hit for anyone who loves to give their visitors a good scare.

   In short, if you’re looking for a Halloween decoration that stands out, this scary clown is definitely a winner. It’s tall, terrifying, and those LED eyes are the cherry on top.

   We expected this to be a bit more sturdy. It’s very cheap plastic with the cloth gown. Even with giant stakes we put in it still doesn’t stand well. Two of the three cotton balls fell off after one night of having it standing. It was in a doorway entrance not in the weather so it wasn’t that that caused them to fall off. Not worth it in my opinion.

   I got this to add to my halloween decor. It was easy to set up and works well. The motion sensor works great to surprise unexpecting people passing by. I did add a little padding under the sleeves to make it a little more realistic. But the guts are good. It’s a little pricey for what it is, but it is a nice add to my collection.

    The Presence 72″ Halloween Animatronic Clown is certainly worth the money. It is very easy to put together. The package comes with an instruction sheet (third picture) that is easy to follow. The one thing that was slightly difficult (hardly worth mentioning) was the four legs on the stand. Because they are made of plastic, and they must be inserted on a base which is also made of plastic (see second picture), a couple of the legs might be a tight fit. The friction of having plastic rubbing against plastic makes it difficult to insert. I highly suggest the use of silicone or WD-40 to make it easier each year to assemble. The instructions do not show that there is an insert at the base of the clown’s skull for the pole (fourth and fifth pictures.) The outfit of the clown is adorable. It is made well and looks as if the clown has a creepy, bloody look. The sleeves are fastened to the hands so that they do not ride up (sixth picture). The face of the clown is well painted (seventh picture.) The shoes are free floating so that you may adjust them into any pose (eighth picture.) The animatronic comes to life when the three AA batteries are added to the base of the head. One must remove a tiny screw to gain access to the battery compartment. There is an opening at the back of the clown’s clothing for access. The on/off switch is located just above the screw. The last photo is actually a 24 second video of the clown in action (apologies for my dog, who did not like the clown.) I would highly recommend that one use trampoline anchors or sandbags to hold the base in place. The animatronic is on the light side and a good wind would knock the clown over. The animatronic is made in China and is a wonderful addition to any Halloween display.

   I like the clown himself, but the back of the head is pushed in. We were able to pop it out, but it kept sinking in again. I will be returning for an exchange. I do like him.

   This is a creepy looking clown whether you use the animation or not. Fairly easy to put set up. Can’t wait to add to our Halloween decorations this year. Out of the box it looks creepy and scary. Seems solid and well made.
