   I wanted a black framed Stupell Industries Owl in Fall Forest Wall Art, 11 x 14 inches with the owl looking to its right. Instead, I received a grey framed owl looking straight ahead. That is not what I wanted. I returned it following the directions. I scanned the return code and returned the item at a Staples outlet. The refund was confirmed on my credit card. I wanted to keep the other black framed owl looking straight ahead by Stupell Industries. However, Stupell Industries expected the return of both pictures in error charging my credit card a second time. I want Supell Industries to correct their errors.

   This picture is perfect in every way. The frame is thick, the colors are subtle and it will blend in with just about any fall decor.
