My first clock did not come with instructions and had a factory defect with the cuckoo door. After weeks of discussion and pictures, they agreed to replace it. The second clock works perfectly, no problems.
The clock did not come with instructions. It was not assembled when opened on Christmas Day. The arm that opens and closes the cuckoo door was not attached and not bent the correct way for it to be assembled at home. When contacting customer service, they were slow to respond and told me to disassemble the clock (which we do not have the tools or eyesight to do). Our 4 year old is neurodivergent and very focused on cuckoo clocks. We are all very disappointed with the quality and lack of customer support.

I received my little clock and I like it. Yes, its made of a plastic type material but that is ok. Its not really very large – only about 10 inches long – but that is ok also. I have 3 chiming clocks and this one sounds totally different from the other 2. It came very securely packaged and my great Amazon delivery driver rang my doorbell to make sure I got it safely. The video on the item description helped me set the time and chimes.

Este reloj de cuuucooo.funciona perfectata mente .el truco es que pongáis la hora de día. Es decir .alas 13.horas .tendréis que poner que suene una vez. Y las 14.00 horas sonara dos veces .y tocará por última vez hasta las .21…ya no sonara hasta alas 7 de la mañana .a partir de hay ya suena cada hora . … estoy muy contento . Es un reloj cuco .muy logrado. Senota que esta fabricado en Londres…no es de China. Y se mueve el péndulo .muy logrado seloan currado y precio baratito .que más se puede pedir ….

This is a great little clock for the price! It’s battery powered, not a traditional wind-up mechanical cuckoo clock. It looks really nice hanging on the wall. We were able to get it set and working with no trouble at all. I like how it has a volume control, and how it stops chiming between 9 pm and 7 am. It also came in a really cute box.

I’m so happy with my clock it makes me smile everytime the bird comes out. I highly recommend it.
Update…it worked for less than a year and the cuckoo just quit working. I changed batteries and tried everything.. it should have lasted longer than this. I’m very disappointed.

Always wanted a cuckoo clock, but didn’t want a really expensive and intricate clock with too many moving parts, so I opted for this version.
The look of the clock is great, though it would’ve been perfect if it were made out of real wood, but that would’ve obviously ran up the price tag significantly.
Performance wise – the clock was easy to set up, and keeps the time accurately.
The cuckoo bird is right on time with it’s song and is at an acceptable volume.
Love the clock, and always put’s a smile on my face every hour on the hour thanks to my cuckoo bird friend!

We have a cuckoo clock that every time the little ones come to visit they immediately run to watch and see when the hands may be coming up on the hour so they can see the “cuckoo bird”!
We decided to get them their very own cuckoo clock for a Christmas present this year. They opened the present together and were ecstatic! We assembled the clock but quickly realized we didn’t have the little bird or pendulum. It’s quite possible in the melee of Christmas Eve at Grandmas house that those were lost but we never found them.
Something to note is that I bought the clock in October. I contacted the seller right away who responded right away. As soon as the company opened back up after the New Year, they mailed out a bird and pendulum. It was like Christmas all over again for the kiddos! They love “their cuckoo” clock!
You can see the anticipation on their faces for their own “cuckoo bird”.
So pleased with our purchase!

A few years ago I bought a cheap coo coo clock and it worked just fine. Unfortunately, I broke it when I took it off the wall. Since I can’t afford a real coo coo clock I bought this one, which is the same clock I had before. It works just fine, and looks pretty nice, so if you’d like a nice coo coo clock but can’t afford a real one, this is a good choice.
