Lens is plastic – stated it was glass in description, and weight according to specs should be over 5 lbs. That would probably be correct if lens was glass – but clock is much lighter in weight

I really like the look of the clock. The clock didnt work inspite of putting in a brand new AA battery. I thought may be Battery is bad. Tried another good one after checking the life of battery still didnt work. I got a faulty piece. Going to return it.

Anyone over a certain age will feel nostalgic when they open the box and see this large Westclox clock. It will take you back to the days of sitting in your high school classroom, staring at the Westclox clock on the wall behind the teacher’s desk, waiting for that really long, final minute to pass before the bell rang to let you know you were dismissed. This handsome clock has a frame that looks like burnished wood. It’s large enough at 20″ diameter to be seen clearly from our kitchen into the family room where it’s located. It goes well with our other furnishings. It’s nice to have an analog clock with a battery in a house where every other timepiece is digital and connected to electricity. Westclox is a brand I’ve trusted since the days that it got me out of school on time. You can’t go wrong with a Westclox.

Westclox’s 20 inch Analog Clock arrived undamaged, despite a not so great boxing job on Amazon’s part.
The clock is large and well made. It feels sturdy and robust, but isn’t overly heavy.
It’s large enough to look good all by itself on a big wall, and super easy to read from a distance. It is quiet in operation and keeps accurate time.
All in all… great clock.
