The sound is incredible (and you can change the sound by adjusting the strings). It is bigger than I expected and all that I hoped to receive. The quality is amazing, the company are great. I don’t often leave reviews on Amazon, but had to pop on to say love these chimes, beautiful sound (not too high-pitched) just right and help me get into a meditative state. They look majestic hanging on my tree, I personally really like the green colour and tree of life medallion. Happy camper over here, I feel these are so worth it
